Car Show!

Our annual Lawn Fete picnic is held the last Sunday of July each year on the same grounds once walked by St. John Neumann, the Pendleton Parish Site. It is a traditional community event presented in conjunction with the two Good Shepherd Parish sites of Pendleton and Clarence Center Campus.

It offers music, food, game activities, a rummage sale of attic treasures, theme baskets auction and raffle drawings for cash prizes. Visitors can dine in or take out homemade chowder (made from a recipe passed down through generations) and chicken and rib dinners by Krolick's.

The traditional car show attracts many as car enthusiasts come from near and far to put their cars on display and to view the huge array of classic cars entered in the show. Anyone with a classic car who would like to enter the car show may call the parish office at 625-8594 during normal business hours of 9 a.m. to 4 p.m Monday through Friday.
